South Hall |
Please be advised that the South Hall elevator will remain out of service due to damage caused by a water leak earlier this year on the 4th floor. The repair work, which will be performed by TKE, includes a full modernization of the elevator system, replacement of damaged components, and updates to meet current code standards. Due to flooding, the basement and first floor of Ticknor Hall sustained significant damage. Crews are performing put-back work in the affected areas. Spencer Center |
Olson Heating and Plumbing are performing HVAC system repairs at the Spencer Center. Several areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors may experience minor temperature fluctuations, and thermostats will be inaccessible during this time. All work will be contained to the basement, and no disruptions to offices or other spaces are expected. The project has been scheduled to minimize disturbance, and we appreciate your patience while this work is completed. |
